For me, every trip has to include unforgettable meals, and Sedona absolutely delivers. From charming cafés with jaw-dropping views to upscale spots serving refined Southwestern cuisine, I’ve rounded up a list of the top 10 must-try spots—complete with opening hours so you know exactly when to visit. The Hudson

I absolutely loved this one!  The Hudson is a fantastic American eatery known for its laid-back vibe, mouthwatering dishes, and unbeatable views. Open for both lunch and dinner, it’s the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed midday meal or sip a cocktail at sunset while taking in the stunning mountain backdrop. Whatever you do, don’t skip the bruschetta—you’ll be glad you didn’t.  Opens at 11:30am.

Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill

With sweeping panoramic views and a sophisticated ambiance, Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill offers a bold fusion of South American and Southwestern flavors. The menu reflects the chef’s culinary journeys through Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, with a special spotlight on unique, handcrafted empanadas. If you’re craving authentic Italian food paired with unforgettable views, Hideaway House is a must-visit. This casual, welcoming spot serves up incredible pizza, pasta, and sandwiches that hit the spot every time. On a sunny day, there’s nothing better than unwinding on the patio with a refreshing cocktail after a day of exploring Sedona’s breathtaking red rock trails.  Opens at 11am.

Creekside American Bistro

Creekside American Bistro is a go-to for craft brews and a fresh, seasonal menu. The chef crafts each dish using locally sourced ingredients, offering delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Traveling with your pup? You’re in luck—Creekside features a pet-friendly outdoor terrace and even has a special dog menu, so your furry friend can dine in style too.  Opens at 7:30am.

SaltRock Kitchen

This lively outdoor spot serves up mouthwatering Southwestern cuisine, top-notch craft margaritas, and a relaxed vibe complete with cozy loungers and fire pits—all set against Sedona’s breathtaking backdrop. Don’t miss the skillet street corn, and be sure to order the West Fork Margarita, made with jalapeño-infused tequila and organic agave. It might just be the best margarita you’ve ever tasted!  Opens at 11:30am.

 

Casa Sedona Restaurant

Tucked into the garden of a cozy inn, Casa Sedona Restaurant welcomes you for breakfast and brunch on a gorgeous patio with a warm, tranquil vibe. Here, you can truly unwind over standout morning dishes—from truffled brie scrambled eggs and Aztec pork tamales to light, fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes. With its peaceful setting and delicious variety, Casa Sedona is hands‑down the best breakfast spot in Sedona.  Opens at 11am.

The Vault Uptown

With a stunning patio and a Wagyu burger that’s absolutely unforgettable, The Vault Uptown ranks as one of Sedona’s top dining destinations. The food is exceptional, the service warm and attentive, and the red rock views are nothing short of breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a craft cocktail as you watch the sun set in a blaze of color over the desert landscape.  Opens at 11:30am.

Canyon Breeze Restaurant

For a more laid-back dining experience, Canyon Breeze is a great casual option right in the heart of Uptown Sedona. With counter service and unbeatable canyon views from the outdoor terrace, it’s the perfect spot to refuel after a day on the trails. The menu features a variety of easy favorites—pizza, burgers, soups, and salads—plus a refreshing lineup of smoothies. Be sure to try the Sedona Special—it’s our favorite for a reason!  Opens at 10am.

Javelina Cantina

This laid-back Mexican eatery serves up some of the best carne asada street tacos and shrimp fajitas in town. With both indoor and outdoor seating, Javelina Cantina offers stunning views of Sedona, exceptional service, and mouthwatering food. It’s the perfect place to wind down your day with a prickly pear margarita and a basket of chips and salsa. Opens at 11am.

Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante

Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante is an upscale, romantic dining experience that transports you straight to Italy the moment you step inside, thanks to its charming Italian villa-inspired decor. Known for its homemade pasta and dishes crafted from organically grown produce, it’s been Sedona’s most celebrated fine dining restaurant for over 25 years. Ideal for a special date night, we highly recommend the pollo piccata and salmone al limoncello.  Opens at 5pm.
