When we’re not off chasing waves on remote islands, you’ll find us unwinding at our happy place—Chasin’ Surf House—our little slice of paradise in Topsail Beach, North Carolina. While we love exploring the world, there truly is no place like home.
Chasin’ Surf Beach House is a cozy, private vacation rental tucked beneath a canopy of live oak trees in South Topsail Beach, just steps from the sand with private beach access. Although we’re second row, guests often say our ocean views are some of the best around!.

This place was amazing! The view were incredible, the beach was gorgeous and the 2 different level porches on the house were perfect. The top porch was great for sun and eating outside and the bottom was great for relaxing in the hammock nad reading or listening to waves.

I'd gives this place six starts if I could! Lovely, clean, quit, private, sun-field, and surronded by the most magical tress. Dallas was responsive and friendly, and we;d gladly rent from him again! The house is well-represented in the listing photos but still was even better than expected, and the walk to deep, white sand beach is even shorter than it looks in the listing.

I could not be happier with our stay here. Dallas is a wonderful host. The place was top notch clean upon check in, there is ample silverware and kitchen supplies. The place is surrounded by trees and is very private, yet you can clearly see the Ocean from the top floor. The deck off of the living/dining area is freaking awesome . There were 7 total people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. I really can’t say enough great things about this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chasin’ Surf. The house is situated conveniently to both the beach and the sound which was great for paddle sports. Beach access across the street was perfect for our young kids. It made the beach days all the easier to grab anything from the house or for people to take a quick break from the sun. As other reviews have mentioned, you really do have a great view from the deck all while feeling very insulated by the surrounding trees. The check-in process was very easy, and we had everything we could need for a pleasant stay. Also, Dallas’ recommendations for places of interest were spot-on. We managed to visit quite a few, and we enjoyed getting a sense of the local scene.

Great location! Great house to relax and recharge! Multiple patios immerse you in the sun and surf with fantastic views and plenty of outdoor seating. House is well kept and the decor is really cool.
Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made our stay with 2 other couples very comfortable and we all had a blast!

Wonderful house and location! My family (7 adults) stayed here for 4 nights. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, or join together and socialize. View of the ocean from the back deck! We spent every night under the moonlight on the back porch star gazing. From door to toes in the sand, an easy 2 minute walk. We drove down to the end of the island for a great spot off the sound for bait fishing, and had luck with flounder and bluefish as well.
The hot water in the outdoor shower was phenomenal. Comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, and plenty of kitchen equipment for all your culinary needs.
Would definitely recommend booking this house!
